On August 29, the Zhengbao Wei Ai Kang Health Checkup Center, invested in and held as a stake by Zhengzhou Daily Press Group, officially opened at the intersection of Hanyue Road and Jiachen Street in Zhengdong New Area.

On August 8, Ms. Liu, a local resident, visited the Zhengbao Weiai Kang Health Checkup Center. She found the center quiet and comfortable. Upon arrival, she was greeted by a reception nurse who guided her through the process. After presenting her ID card and registering her phone number at the front desk, she received a long, narrow receipt. Each examination item was marked with a QR code on the receipt, accompanied by a separate list of health checkup items.
Each examination item includes a note on rescheduling, facilitating appointment changes for those unable to undergo the test on the same day. “The health checkup center clearly outlines the entire sequence of examinations, specifying which tests should be done first and which later, making the process clear at a glance.” What Ms. Liu found even more considerate was the attentive care provided by nurses throughout nearly the entire checkup process. “For instance, if I showed even a slight hint of fear during blood draw, a nurse would immediately come over to comfort and guide me, creating a sense of companionship.” Another aspect that greatly satisfied Ms. Liu was the designation of separate male and female zones on the second floor, in addition to common areas. “Certain female-specific examinations, such as breast and gynecological checks, can be somewhat inconvenient,” and this zoning arrangement effectively ensured privacy during the checkup, avoiding any awkwardness. Ms. Liu commented, “This health checkup center excels in attention to detail and demonstrates an exceptional commitment to human-centered design.”
