On September 8, WeDoctor’s first HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) base was launched in Chengdu. At the launch event, WeDoctor and AIA China signed a strategic cooperation memorandum. Both parties will integrate their respective advantageous resources to leverage overall synergies, engaging in in-depth collaboration on WeDoctor’s Smart Clinic regarding novel HMO product solutions and medical payment mechanisms, thereby jointly establishing a new healthcare service system characterized by “online + offline” integration and “general practice + specialty care” coordination.
Under the agreement, WeDoctor General Practice and AIA China will jointly explore solutions for deploying WeDoctor’s Smart Infirmary within novel HMO products, establishing higher-quality, customized medical and health protection systems for a broader base of corporate employees. This initiative aims to help employees optimize their personal health, enhance work productivity, and thereby assist enterprises in reducing comprehensive operational costs, fostering sustainable and healthy development.
The newly released WeDoctor Smart Clinic, comprising an intelligent mobile medical all-in-one unit, a smart medicine cabinet, and a suite of intelligent peripheral devices for examinations and tests, enables the standardized export of WeDoctor’s comprehensive medical service capabilities to large-scale institutions.Building on the establishment of employee health records through physical examinations, basic screenings can also be conducted using CFDA-certified remote medical devices—such as glucometers, blood pressure monitors, dermatoscopes, and otoscopes—integrated into intelligent mobile medical all-in-one kiosks.Based on health records and examination/test results, family doctors can address common medical and health issues anytime and anywhere, providing corporate employees with convenient, humanistic, and value-driven one-stop intelligent healthcare services.
