Mingle Health Files IPO Prospectus, Offering Integrated Consulting, Analytics, and Physician Tools Platform

On October 25, 2018, VCBeat (WeChat ID: VCbeat) learned that SilverVue, a nursing management software company, merged with Mingle Analytics, a Medicare quality reporting consultancy, to form Mingle Health. Mingle Health will leverage the strengths of Mingle Analytics’ CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) reporting and SilverVue’s clinic improvement tools to provide physicians with better medical services.

SilverVue is a software company whose flagship product is a tablet application called SilverSearch.
