Hansoh Pharmaceutical (03692.HK) Appoints Yan Jia as Independent Non-Executive Director

Hansoh Pharma (03692) announced that Mr. Jia Yan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. He has also been appointed as a member of the company's Audit Committee and Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, effective from December 26, 2025.

Due to personal work arrangements, Ms. Huang Huanqi has resigned from her position as the company's joint company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, as well as the authorized representative (Process Agent) responsible for receiving legal proceedings documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong as stipulated under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from December 26, 2025.

Mr. Li Liangxian has been appointed as the Joint Company Secretary, and Mr. Li Liangxian has also been appointed as the Authorized Representative and Agent for Legal Proceedings, effective from December 26, 2025.
