SHR6508 is a novel allosteric modulator of the calcium-sensing receptor, intended for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in adult patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis.Hyperfunction syndrome is currently undergoing Phase III clinical trial research.
