The newly raised capital will be used to support the development of its lead oral drug candidate, ATI-2173, which is primarily indicated for the treatment of patients infected with hepatitis B virus (HBV) and potentially hepatitis D virus (HDV).
This round of financing was oversubscribed by two renowned international investment firms, Lumira Ventures and Domain Associates, with additional support from CAM Capital, Delos Capital, Quantum Vista Capital, Fonds de solidarité FTQ, and the Georgia Research Alliance Venture Fund.
