Beijing, China, December 29, 2025– Gan&Lee Pharmaceuticals (hereinafter referred to as "Gan&Lee," stock code: 603087.SH) officially announced the signing of an exclusive licensing and supply agreement with Lupin Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lupin"), a global leading pharmaceutical company. The two parties will engage in an in-depth strategic cooperation focusing on Gan&Lee's self-developed glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist (GLP-1RA) bi-weekly formulation – Bofanglutide (research code: GZR18).

Based on this collaboration, Gan&Lee Pharmaceuticals has granted Lupin the exclusive development and commercialization rights for Boglyron (Bofanecuglutide) Injection in India. This partnership not only marks Gan&Lee Pharmaceuticals' initiation of the commercial layout for Boglyron in the Indian market but also represents an important step in deepening the company's self-innovated R&D achievements within the Asian market. According to the cooperation plan, Lupin will conduct specific clinical studies in India to provide robust data support for Boglyron’s local market registration. Leveraging Lupin’s well-established commercial system in India, Boglyron Injection is expected to capitalize on its unique "bi-weekly dosing" advantage to become the first bi-weekly GLP-1RA product launched in the region, seizing a first-mover market advantage.
