At the forum, Academician Amato Giaccia also announced that the “Institute for Tumor Microenvironment,” which he founded, would be established at the Peking University Medical Industrial Park, the flagship campus of the PKU Healthcare Innovation Valley. He invited Mr. Li Haisheng, Assistant President of PKU Healthcare Group and General Manager of the PKU Healthcare Innovation Valley, to jointly unveil the institute.

It is reported that all five innovative antibody drugs currently under development by Academician Amato Giaccia have been introduced to the Peking University Healthcare Industrial Park for R&D and translation.
