PharmaCircleMonitoring Shows: Earendil Labs announced today a strategic partnership with Sanofi. According to the cooperation agreement, Earendil's drug discovery platform will be applied to multiple research and development projects for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Sanofi will lead the development and global commercialization of bispecific antibody candidates generated from the collaboration. This cooperation is subject to customary closing conditions before it can take effect.

The core terms of the agreement include:

• Earendil Labs will receive an upfront payment of up to $160 million and near-term payments related to early-stage project milestones;
• The Potential Total Value of This Collaboration (Including Upfront Payment, R&D Milestone Payments, and Commercial Milestone Payments) Can Reach up to 2.56 Billion US Dollars. Earendil Labs Will Also Receive Tiered Royalties of Up to Low Double-Digit Percentages Based on Net Product Sales.
