Livongo has not disclosed the specific acquisition price, but its CEO, Glen Tullman, stated, “The acquisition price reached tens of millions.”

It is understood that following the acquisition, Livongo will integrate resources to enable customers to address both chronic conditions and behavioral health issues on a single platform. During the integration period, myStrength customers will continue to have access to services. Livongo has committed to consolidating the two companies’ resources onto one platform and completing the platform upgrade within several months. Additionally, all myStrength employees will transition to Livongo to continue their work. Furthermore, Livongo plans to expand the myStrength team size and office space.
