The two parties have complementary product lines and extensive experience in the field of precision oncology imaging as well as in their shared target markets. Under the agreement, ITM will provide matched radiopharmaceutical solutions for United Imaging’s PET-CT systems in the Chinese market. Meanwhile, both parties will join forces to expand their global presence, including by providing joint on-site support teams to ensure timely product supply and deliver relevant customer training. Furthermore, the two sides will collaborate on the innovation and optimization of precision diagnostic and therapeutic imaging, covering all aspects such as radiopharmaceuticals, image processing, digital imaging, patient workflows, and patient management and support.
