Notice on the Publication of the List of Growth-oriented, Competitive, and Leading Enterprises in the Fifth Batch of Suzhou Intellectual Property Power Enterprise Cultivation Project
In order to further implement the "Suzhou City Implementation of Intellectual Property 'Eight Major Projects' Fully Supporting the Development Action Plan for New Quality Productivity (2024-2026)" (Su Fu [2024] No. 60), the Intellectual Property Strong Enterprise Cultivation Project will be carried out. The "Suzhou Intellectual Property Strong Enterprise Cultivation Project Management Platform" will be established to improve the working system for cultivating strong intellectual property enterprises, including warehouse entry cultivation, echelon construction, and dynamic management. Enterprises will be cultivated step by step from low to high levels according to three tiers: growth enterprises, advantageous enterprises, and leading enterprises. After processes such as enterprise application for warehouse entry, local review and recommendation, municipal review, and credit checks, the proposed list of the fifth batch of Suzhou's intellectual property growth, advantageous, and leading enterprises will be announced for public disclosure.

According to the requirements of the documents such as "Several Supportive Policies of Suzhou New District for Promoting the High-Quality Development of High-End Intellectual Property Service Industry" (Su Gaoxin Guan [2023] No. 70), "Several Supportive Policies of Suzhou New District for Promoting the High-Quality Development of Standardization, Quality Brands, and Intellectual Property" (Su Gaoxin Guan [2024] No. 25), and "Management Measures for Intellectual Property Plan Projects of Suzhou New District" (Su Gaoxin Shi Jian [2024] No. 38), the Market Supervision Administration of Suzhou New District (Huqiu District) has strictly followed the established procedures and orderly organized a series of work including material review, on-site review, and credit check for the 2025 Intellectual Property Plan Projects of Suzhou New District. The list of proposed projects is now being made public for social supervision and comments. The announcement period is from December 23, 2025, to December 29, 2025. During the announcement period, any unit or individual with objections may submit their concerns in written form to the Market Supervision Administration of Suzhou New District (Huqiu District). The specific reasons for the objections must be stated along with relevant supporting materials. Objections raised by units must be stamped with the official seal; those raised by individuals must be signed with the real name (not printed), and include contact address and telephone number.
