The announcement shows that the price per share is set at HK$57.97, with a total of 31.6104 million shares issued. Each lot consists of 200 shares, and the net proceeds amount to approximately HK$1.702 billion. As of press time, the stock price surged by 29.38%, reaching HK$75, with a turnover of HK$249 million.
Public information shows that Ribo Life Science is a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development of small nucleic acid drugs, with a particular focus on siRNA therapies. The company has a core product, RBD4059 (an siRNA targeting FXI), for the treatment of thrombotic diseases. Its R&D pipeline includes seven self-developed drug assets in clinical trial stages, covering seven indications related to cardiovascular, metabolic, kidney, and liver diseases, four of which are currently in Phase 2 clinical trials.
In addition to the core product RBD4059, the company is also advancing other clinical-stage products, including RBD5044 and RBD1016.
