Dakang Medical and Xiangyi’s collaboration centers on Hunan Province, leveraging their respective strengths to jointly deepen the development of nephrology diagnosis and treatment as well as hemodialysis system construction across areas including industrial orientation, market access, operational management, medical resources, professional expertise, patient management, brand building, and pharmaceutical distribution.

Dakang Medical has become a pioneer and leader in independent hemodialysis centers in China. Through years of effort, it has built and operated more than 100 hemodialysis centers and hospitals. In recent years, its business scope has expanded to chronic kidney disease management and internet healthcare. By adopting a service model characterized by “online-offline integration, regional coordination, and direct linkage with grassroots institutions,” Dakang Medical strengthens whole-course disease management and provides comprehensive solutions featuring “prevention and control, integrated treatment, and integrated management.” This approach transforms health management methods, optimizes medical care processes, improves patient experience, reshapes the doctor-patient ecosystem, enhances the efficiency of medical services, and reduces medical costs, thereby enabling patients to enjoy high-quality, affordable, and convenient diagnosis and treatment services.

AiShen Medical is a healthcare services company dedicated to providing “Total Renal Care” for patients with kidney diseases. By establishing a nationwide network of chain nephrology medical institutions (dialysis centers or specialized kidney hospitals), it delivers professional and high-quality medical service solutions to renal patients in China.

Xiang Yijia Physician Group specializes in the treatment of end-stage renal disease (ESRD), providing medical services such as hemodialysis, vascular access surgery, management of secondary hyperparathyroidism, and personalized therapy. With a core focus on building a team of young and middle-aged nephrologists, the group has partnered with multiple primary-care hemodialysis centers to establish clinical teaching bases.

This collaboration marks a breakthrough move in China’s private hemodialysis sector, leveraging complementary strengths and uniting industry leaders to pioneer a new era of optimized resource integration and joint development.
