According to incomplete statistics from Arterial Intelligence, in December 2025, there were a total of 182 financing events in the global healthcare sector (excluding IPOs, private placements, etc.), with disclosed financing amounting to approximately $5.362 billion (about 38.272 billion RMB). Among these, 102 financing events occurred in the Chinese market, with disclosed financing totaling approximately $2.08 billion; overseas markets saw 80 financing events, with disclosed financing amounting to approximately $3.282 billion.

Compared with the global healthcare industry's investment and financing situation in November 2025, in terms of transaction amounts, the number of financing events, and focus on emerging fields, the scale of global healthcare industry financing in December 2025 showed an upward trend. The total financing amount increased by approximately 46.73% month-over-month, and the number of events increased by about 30.94% month-over-month.
In terms of large-scale financing events, there were 19 deals exceeding 100 million US dollars this month, with a cumulative financing amount reaching 2.741 billion US dollars. Among these, 12 occurred in overseas regions and 7 took place within China.
