DocPlanner Secures €80 Million in Series E Funding to Advance Digital Healthcare with SaaS Solutions

The round was led by One Peak Partners and Goldman Sachs Private Capital Investing, with participation from Piton Capital and existing investor ENERN Investments. DocPlanner stated that the proceeds from this financing will be used to drive its expansion into core markets in Europe and Latin America, carry out research and development activities, and expand its team.

DocPlanner was founded in Poland in 2012. The company provides SaaS tools for doctors and clinics to improve patient flow. Additionally, DocPlanner enables patients to schedule appointments with healthcare professionals through its online marketplace, facilitating digitalized healthcare experiences for patients.

DocPlanner has offices in Warsaw, Barcelona, Istanbul, Rome, Mexico City, and Curitiba, with over 1,000 employees worldwide. DocPlanner processes 1.5 million appointments each month, providing healthcare services to approximately 30 million patients.

Piton Capital was founded in London, UK, in 2010. It is a venture capital and growth equity firm primarily investing in businesses, exchanges, and platforms with network effects.

ENERN Investments, founded in Prague in 2010, is an early-stage and growth-focused investment firm dedicated to building companies in fintech, SaaS, and e-commerce.
