VCBeat (WeChat Official Account: vcbeat) has learned that Cure.fit, a startup offering healthy food and fitness services, has completed a $75 million Series D financing round. This round was supported by Accel Growth and Chiratae Ventures. Following this financing, Cure.fit’s valuation will reach $500 million. In the future, Cure.fit plans to conduct a Series D+ financing round, with an expected size of $125 million to $150 million.

Cure.fit was founded in 2016 in Bangalore, India, by Myntra co-founder Mukesh Bansal and former Flipkart senior executive Ankit Nagori. Cure.fit operates multiple healthcare service platforms, including Cult.fit for fitness services, Eat.fit for healthy food, Mind.fit for mental health services, and Care.fit for telemedicine diagnostic services.

Ankit Nagori stated, “There is significant user overlap among these platforms. Therefore, integrating them into a unified healthcare service platform can enhance the stickiness of existing users. Furthermore, this integrated platform offers the advantage of simultaneously providing fitness services, healthy food retail, mental health services, and telemedicine diagnostics, which helps attract new customers.”

From Cure.fit’s perspective, acquisitions can help the company achieve faster growth. Therefore, Cure.fit plans to expand its business scope by acquiring other companies. To date, Cure.fit has completed a series of acquisition transactions. In 2017, Cure.fit acquired three Bengaluru-based companies: the fitness center The Tribe, the healthy food company Kristy’s Kitchen, and the yoga studio chain a1000yoga. In 2019, Cure.fit acquired the health beverage company Rejoov.

Cure.fit aims to strengthen consumer loyalty to its brand by building an integrated healthcare service platform that offers diverse products and services, creating a comprehensive ecosystem to provide end-to-end solutions for consumers.
