Beijing Business Today(Reporter Ding Ning) On the evening of January 12,Innovative Healthcare(002173) Released an Announcement on Abnormal Stock Trading Fluctuations Showing that the Company's Stock Price Increased by More Than 20% in Total Deviation Over Three Consecutive Trading Days on January 8, 9, and 12. According to Relevant Provisions of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Trading Rules, the Company’s Stock is Considered to Have Abnormal Trading Fluctuations.

Innovative Healthcare Management Co., Ltd. stated that the company has noticed the high market attention on its brain-computer interface business. The company’s controlling subsidiary, Cereblink (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Cereblink"), was established in early 2021 and was included in the company's consolidated financial statements in August 2025. The current products are mainly used for rehabilitation training of patients with cerebrovascular diseases (mainly stroke and hemiplegia) in medical institutions, as well as for motor function assistance and enhancement in home settings after discharge. Cereblink's product, Cyberlink AC5, officially launched sales in October 2025, generating revenue of 114,000 yuan in 2025; Cyberlink AM5 has completed multi-center clinical trials but did not generate revenue in 2025. In 2023 and 2024, Cereblink's operating losses were 6.6017 million yuan and 8.6641 million yuan, respectively.
