VCBeat (WeChat ID: vcbeat) has learned that CORDENTAL Group Management, a portfolio company of NMS Capital, recently announced the completion of its acquisition of AppleWhite Dental. Specific transaction terms were not disclosed.
AppleWhite Dental, founded by Tom McCoy in 2008 and headquartered in Dubuque, Iowa, is a regional dental services organization that operates 35 dental clinics across Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota, supporting more than 100 dentists and dental hygienists.
CORDENTAL Group, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a dental services organization that provides business support services to affiliated dental practices in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeastern United States.
