Taimei Medical Technology and Ruansu Technology Unite to Deliver Integrated Digital Solutions Across Drug R&D and Commercialization

In June 2019, Taimei Medical Technology and RuanSu Technology jointly announced that they had signed a definitive agreement under which RuanSu Technology would be merged into Taimei Medical Technology. The “RuanSu” brand would be retained, and operations would continue under the legal entity of RuanSu Technology. Mr. Li Shenjia would continue to serve as General Manager of RuanSu Technology and join the senior leadership team of Taimei Medical Technology Group.

The collaboration between Taimei and Ruan Su will provide pharmaceutical industry clients with comprehensive technical and service solutions spanning drug R&D, specialized operations, and marketing, thereby maximizing operational efficiency, optimizing cost structures, and securing a competitive edge in the market.
