Xinshang'an Medical IoT Solutions:

Emergency Green Channel Management Solution

Rapidly, accurately, and unobtrusively record timestamps for each stage of the emergency care process and automatically save them to the IoT management platform. This supports hospitals in establishing closed-loop management and data reporting for six major emergency centers—Trauma, Stroke, Chest Pain, Maternal, Neonatal, and Poisoning—while promoting paperless operations and intelligent quality control data analysis. It enables medical information sharing across departments during emergency care, thereby enhancing communication and collaboration efficiency.

Asset Management IoT Solutions

The industry’s first multi-technology integrated solution combining RFID, barcode (QR code), and Bluetooth terminals enables precise management of the entire asset lifecycle. It offers real-time asset tracking, geofencing alerts, and second-level automated inventory counts with generated exportable reports and detailed records, significantly reducing the workload and burden on asset management departments.

Smart Positioning and Care Solution

Its use is not limited to special-needs patients; it can also be used for general patients with corresponding care requirements. By equipping patients with tamper-proof wristbands for continuous monitoring, the system enables real-time location tracking, trajectory playback, geofencing, and alerts for abnormal loitering, thereby reducing the workload of medical and nursing staff and effectively minimizing the occurrence of accidents.

Smart Infant Safety Management Solution

Committed to reducing infant safety incidents to “zero,” the system is equipped with tamper-proof ankle bands to prevent theft, swapping, and misidentification. By employing a four-tier security technology protection framework, it provides round-the-clock safeguarding, enabling timely audible and visual alarms as well as location tracking for various infant abduction attempts. This ensures robust safety protection for infants during hospitalization, providing peace of mind for families and confidence for medical staff.

Intelligent Triage and Navigation Solution

Integrating hospital visitation workflows, Yi Lu Hang provides attentive companionship throughout the journey. By enabling end-to-end visualization of the triage process, the system delivers precise indoor navigation and personnel positioning via real-time Bluetooth tracking. It also supports third-party application integration, creating an intelligent indoor-outdoor unified guidance and navigation system for hospitals. This solution optimizes patient flow to enhance consultation efficiency and improve patient satisfaction.

Smart Infusion Management Solution

Utilize wireless smart infusion monitoring terminals to conduct real-time, end-to-end monitoring of patient infusions, and provide statistical analysis and visual display of the real-time status of the smart infusion terminals. Achieve real-time linkage and alerts with the nurse station’s large-screen display for information flows such as drip rate and remaining volume monitoring, anomaly alarms, patient calls, and infusion completion notifications, thereby effectively enhancing nurses’ work efficiency and hospital service quality.

Guidance from Mr. Ju Wensheng

At the 2019 CHIMA Conference, the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China proposed that the development of smart hospitals should focus on four key areas: smart services, smart medical care, smart nursing, and smart management. Furthermore, it outlined that the next phase of smart hospital construction should specifically target three aspects: electronic medical records for healthcare professionals, "smart services" for patients, and "smart management" for administrators. Technology shapes the future, and the realization of smart hospitals is inseparable from the support of medical informatics technologies.

As a product and solution provider with in-depth understanding of hospital informatization construction and application, Xinshangan IoT is well aware of the pain points in smart hospital development. By researching and applying Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, it transforms medical management services from traditional reliance on manual labor to intelligent IoT-based management. Xinshangan IoT has always been at the forefront of medical informatization, implementing projects such as those at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University and Ganzhou People's Hospital. As a pioneer in smart hospital reform, it continues to explore and innovate without pause.
