January 13,Danaher CorporationIt is officially announced that Chen Xiaosui (Rosa), President of China Diagnostic Platform, is about to leave Danaher China and embark on a new professional journey.At the same time, the originalMedtronicYu Jing, Vice President and General Manager of China Orthopedics and Neurosurgery Business, will join and succeed as President of Danaher China Diagnostic Platform.

Ms. Yu Jing is a senior executive at Medtronic. She has served as Vice President of Medtronic and General Manager of the China Orthopedics and Neurosurgery Business Group, responsible for the strategic advancement and operational management of Medtronic's orthopedics and neurosurgery businesses in China.


In 2019, Yu Jing joined Medtronic as the Vice President of the Restorative Therapies Group (RTG) for Greater China. Since then,She successively served as the General Manager of Medtronic China's Orthopedics and Neurosurgery business, Vice President of Medtronic, and other positions., responsible for Medtronic's orthopedic and neurosurgical business in the Chinese market, promoting localization strategy and innovation ecosystem construction.


Ms. Yu Jing, before joining Medtronic,Worked at General Electric (GE) for over 20 years, holding various senior management positions in GE Healthcare Greater China, including General Manager of the GE Healthcare Greater China Customer Service Division.


2023 to 2025: During her tenure at Medtronic, she led the localization of digital and intelligent healthcare solutions in China, including the launch of the AiBLE™ Digital Orthopedics and Neurosurgery Integrated Ecosystem, promoting the clinical application and innovative collaboration of technologies such as surgical robots and navigation systems in China. At the same time, she participated in multiple industry collaborations, such as co-building digital and intelligent diagnosis and treatment centers with Huashan Hospital, Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, and Asia Pacific Medical Group, accelerating the digital transformation in the fields of orthopedics and neurosurgery.


In November 2025, Medtronic announced that Yu Jing, the former Vice President of Medtronic and General Manager of China Orthopedics and Neurosurgery business, decided to leave the company due to seeking external development opportunities. Meanwhile, Medtronic officially appointed Larry Xu (Xu Bangda) as the Commercial Vice President of China Orthopedics and Neurosurgery Business (CSOT), effective from November 10, 2025.
