BioTelemetry Acquires Swedish Remote Healthcare Company ADEA to Expand International Footprint and Enhance Cardiac Monitoring Capabilities

On July 25, 2019, VCBeat (WeChat ID: vcbeat) learned that Nasdaq-listed company BioTelemetry had acquired the Swedish medical technology company ADEA Medical AB (hereinafter referred to as “ADEA”). The acquisition amount was not disclosed.
