Following this acquisition, Neptune will establish a U.S. cannabis extract supply chain and secure 24,000 square feet of facility space in key areas of the Southeastern United States. The company projects revenue exceeding $150 million over the next three years.

Sugarleaf, based in North Carolina, USA, possesses efficient cannabis extraction capabilities, utilizing non-GMO ethanol at extremely low temperatures and advanced laboratory technologies to produce cannabinoid-rich extracts. Sugarleaf’s cannabis extraction facility has a maximum processing capacity of 1,500 tons. The company has also established strong relationships with local farmers and consumer goods companies to source high-purity cannabis extracts, thereby enriching its product portfolio.
