Private Health Management Service Provider
On August 7, Guangzhou Noah Healthcare, a chain of obstetrics and gynecology clinics dedicated to providing one-stop services for women’s health across their entire life cycle, announced the completion of its tens-of-millions-yuan Series A financing round. The funds will primarily be used to upgrade the Noah Cloud system, expand clinic networks, strengthen promotional efforts, and build out the team by attracting top talent. This round was exclusively invested in by Daotong Investment, which focuses on early- to mid-stage investments and mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare industry.

Guangzhou Noah Healthcare, established in 2016, focuses on health management throughout women’s entire life cycle, providing one-stop medical services covering “preconception care, prenatal check-ups, postpartum care, and endocrine regulation.” It has currently opened nearly 10 chain outpatient clinics staffed by renowned physicians in Guangzhou, Chengdu, Zhuhai, and other cities, with its core medical team composed entirely of experts from Grade A tertiary hospitals.
Huang Min, founder of Noah Healthcare, stated that following this round of financing, the company will further deepen its presence in the markets for preconception care, postpartum care, and female endocrinology, aiming to serve as a comprehensive health manager for women throughout their entire life cycle.
Huang Ning, Founding Partner of Daotong Investment, stated, “We are delighted to support the development of innovative healthcare service providers like Noah Healthcare. Women’s and children’s health is a key focus area for Daotong Investment, characterized by broad market demand and high service standards. Noah Healthcare has earned widespread social recognition for its high-quality, professional medical services. It has established a premium healthcare delivery system grounded in advanced clinical expertise and is backed by an outstanding founding team with years of experience in the healthcare sector and deep insights into women’s and children’s health. Unlike other institutions in the market, Noah Healthcare provides women with more comprehensive, one-stop services that address their multi-layered health needs.”
This Mother’s Day, female celebrity Ella trended on social media due to postpartum sequelae. She revealed on Weibo that childbirth had caused uterine and bladder prolapse: actions such as sneezing, jumping in place, or running would lead to urinary incontinence—not just slight leakage, but enough to soak an entire sanitary pad and even wet her trousers.
This Weibo post has shocked many people. Previously, these women's health issues were rarely discussed publicly, and women were seldom informed on how to properly address and treat them. Childbirth can cause damage to the female pelvic floor muscles; urinary leakage and incontinence are just some of the many postpartum symptoms. In addition, women may also face various health problems such as stretch marks, hypertrophic scarring, uterine prolapse, and uterine inflammation. Clinical feedback data shows that 45% of parturient women experience varying degrees of pelvic floor dysfunction.
Without timely and appropriate postpartum rehabilitation, the incidence rate of postpartum gynecological inflammation in women reaches 88%, with cervical cervicitis at 69% and uterine fibroids at 37%. In China, there were approximately 346 million women of childbearing age in 2018, with about 15.23 million deliveries that year; more than half of these new mothers faced postpartum health issues. Through effective intervention and treatment, the majority of postpartum problems can be prevented and resolved.
However, the postpartum rehabilitation industry is still in its infancy. Although major public maternal and child health hospitals and obstetrics hospitals have begun to focus on postpartum services, they struggle to meet women’s needs for privacy and other aspects during treatment. The surging demand has also prompted many non-medical institutions to enter the field, resulting in a highly heterogeneous and uneven market.
“Postpartum rehabilitation is a scientific and specialized field encompassing multiple aspects, including body shape recovery, uterine health, nutrition, and psychological well-being. Non-medical institutions are ill-equipped to provide professional services in this area. Currently, the market faces a shortage of qualified postpartum rehabilitation physicians, and the level of professionalism varies significantly, leaving many postpartum women’s needs unmet. At Noah Healthcare, our postpartum rehabilitation programs are led by renowned experts from top-tier (Grade 3A) hospitals in South China. Our entire rehabilitation team adheres to rigorous, evidence-based medical protocols and provides one-on-one personalized care, delivering the highest level of professionalism and service quality in the industry,” stated Huang Min. Industry experts predict that the market size for postpartum rehabilitation in China will exceed RMB 60 billion.
Similar to the postpartum recovery market, the preconception care market driven by infertility issues is garnering increasing attention. The "Report on the Current Status of Infertility in China," released in August 2016, revealed that one in every eight couples of childbearing age in China faces fertility challenges, with an infertility prevalence rate ranging from 12.5% to 15%. Among those affected, some require assisted reproductive technologies such as artificial insemination and in vitro fertilization (IVF) to conceive, while others can be successfully treated through pharmacological interventions. This has given rise to a preconception care market valued at tens of billions of yuan. However, institutions capable of delivering professional, high-quality medical services remain scarce, underscoring the urgent need for the obstetrics and gynecology healthcare market to evolve toward a higher level of development.
Unlike previous obstetrics and gynecology medical services in the market, which were primarily centered on “childbirth,” Noah Healthcare aligns with market development demands to provide female clients with more comprehensive services. These services span multiple areas, including “preconception care, prenatal check-ups, postpartum care, and endocrine regulation,” thereby meeting women’s health needs at different life stages.
“As can be seen from the development of Noah Healthcare, the women’s health market is transitioning from the Obstetrics and Gynecology 1.0 era, centered on ‘childbirth,’ to the 2.0 era, where a broader range of women’s health issues will receive greater attention and be better addressed,” said Huang Ning, Founding Partner of Daotong Investment.
Noah Healthcare has also experienced the 1.0 era centered on maternity care. At its inception, “prenatal check-up packages” were among Noah Healthcare’s flagship products. Many young mothers in Guangzhou, including well-known TV hosts, chose Noah Healthcare for their prenatal examinations, making “high-quality maternity care” a core label associated with Noah Healthcare in the public eye.
However, in the process of serving this demographic, Noah Healthcare has also identified their deeper needs. “Consumer spending on women’s health exhibits strong stickiness; this trust and loyalty have driven us to explore more specialized areas,” said Huang Min. For three consecutive years, Noah Healthcare has been recognized as the most trusted medical brand among mothers in South China, with over half of its clients acquired through referrals from existing customers. These female clients also seek one-stop services at Noah Healthcare.
However, transitioning from a pregnancy-centric model to a one-stop medical service encompassing “preconception care, prenatal screening, postpartum recovery, and endocrine regulation” presents a significant challenge. Compared to obstetrics (“Chan”), gynecological services such as postpartum rehabilitation and the treatment of gynecological diseases exhibit stronger medical attributes under the domain of gynecology (“Fu”). This not only imposes higher demands on the clinical team but also requires superior operational and resource integration capabilities from the management team. This explains why there are relatively many institutions renowned for obstetrics in the market, while those distinguished for gynecology are few and far between.

Huang Ning stated, “Noah Healthcare has an excellent team. Years of accumulation have positioned Noah to excel in this endeavor.” Noah will continue to maintain its competitive advantage in team building. Huang Min told VCBeat, “Following the financing round, we will strengthen the development of our operations team. Previously, our customer acquisition relied primarily on word-of-mouth and client referrals; moving forward, we will enhance our promotional efforts to serve a broader population.”
Noah Healthcare boasts an exceptional team due to its rigorous selection criteria. For its medical team, Noah Healthcare insists on recruiting renowned physicians from Grade A tertiary hospitals, requiring them to hold senior titles and possess extensive clinical experience. In addition to upholding high standards of medical ethics and professional competence, these physicians must also demonstrate strong communication skills. For its nursing team, the company requires members to be compassionate and responsible, delivering attentive and dedicated care to patients. It is precisely this stringent approach to team selection that has earned Noah Healthcare recognition from society and patients alike, establishing a strong reputation.
Ms. Huang Min, founder of Noah Healthcare, has been dedicated to healthcare management throughout her career. After graduating from medical school, she initially worked at a Grade 3A hospital and later participated in the establishment of iKang Guobin, a well-known professional health checkup institution, gaining profound insights into the operational management and quality control of chain medical services. Subsequently, Ms. Huang served as the Head of South China for a high-end international chain medical institution, overseeing the management and operations of multiple premium clinics. With over ten years of intensive experience in the healthcare sector, Ms. Huang possesses strong capabilities in medical resource integration and operational management.

Therefore, since its inception, Noah Healthcare has placed great emphasis on the professionalism and quality of its services.
Noah Healthcare has partnered with hundreds of renowned physicians from top-tier (Grade 3A) hospitals through its robust operational mechanisms. These physicians are distinguished experts in their respective fields, providing professional and high-quality medical care. Meanwhile, Noah Healthcare offers patients a superior environment and one-on-one appointment services, ensuring greater convenience and privacy, which has earned the company widespread market acclaim.
