DW Healthcare Partners Acquires CEFALY Technology SPRL to Advance Non-Invasive Migraine Treatment Devices

Following this acquisition, CEFALY Technology will further develop and market its migraine treatment devices. Additionally, Jen Trainor will become the Chief Executive Officer of CEFALY Technology, bringing extensive international experience in sales, operations, and multi-channel product distribution.

It is reported that on July 23, 2019, DW Healthcare Partners’ fifth fund raised $610 million, with CEFALY Technology being the first portfolio company of DW Healthcare Partners.
