Gelonghui January 15 | An investor asked WEGO ORTHO on an interactive platform: It was noted that at the 2025 COA conference, WEGO ORTHO held a strategic signing ceremony for the placement of surgical robots in hospitals. Could you clarify whether the signing is only a strategic cooperation or if it has already resulted in actual sales? Also, does the surgical robot belong to the listed company’s product line or the group’s? Will the sales of new products such as surgical robots and ultrasonic bone scalpels be reflected in the 2024 annual report?

WEGO ORTHO replied that the company collaborates with surgical robot companies in various ways. Currently, the company does not sell surgical robot products, which are managed and operated by the Group Company. The new acquisition of the minimally invasive orthopedic product line will see Jiesbyer Medical's ultrasonic bone scalpel achieve sales by 2026.
