Suzhou CH Biomedical and GaoKai Technology Receive Shanghai Stock Exchange IPO Inquiry Status

According to the Zhidian Finance app, on January 15, BrioHealth Solutions (referred to as "BrioHealth"), and Jiangsu Gaokai Precision Fluid Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Gaokai Technology") had their IPO review status marked as “Under Inquiry.” The sponsor institutions were CITIC Securities and Guotai Haitong Securities, respectively.

The prospectus disclosed that BrioHealth Solutions is a global innovative medical device company that drives the advancement of treatment for end-stage heart failure and market development through breakthrough new technologies and solutions. In terms of product internationalization, in the Chinese market, the company's first implantable full magnetic levitation left ventricular assist system, CH-VAD, has been approved for marketing by the National Medical Products Administration, becoming China’s first approved full magnetic levitation implantable artificial heart. Its updated version, CH-VAD Plus, is currently in the registration phase and is expected to be approved for marketing in China by early 2026. In the U.S. market, the company's newly developed next-generation implantable full magnetic levitation left ventricular assist system, BrioVAD, has received FDA approval to enter clinical trials, making it the first active implantable medical device from China to receive FDA approval for clinical trials.
