On September 16, 2019, Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited (stock abbreviation: “PINGAN GOOD DOCTOR,” 01833.HK), a globally leading one-stop healthcare ecosystem platform, entered into a strategic cooperation agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) with the Guangxi Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. First, in accordance with the requirements set forth in the “Notice on Issuing the Guiding Opinions on Encouraging the Development of Pharmaceutical Retail (Trial)” (Gui Yao Jian [2019] No. 44) issued by the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Drug Administration in July 2019, PINGAN GOOD DOCTOR will actively promote the pilot implementation and rollout of its “One-Minute Clinic” in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Adhering to the “Five Unifications” management model—unified corporate branding, unified management systems, unified procurement and distribution, unified service standards, and unified information management—the company will vigorously develop the “Internet + Pharmaceutical Distribution” model and expand its reach to urban and rural areas across the region.
