Healthcare Service Provider

Investment Firm Focused on Insurance, Cloud Computing, and Healthcare
VCBeat (WeChat ID: vcbeat) has learned that Lifted, a healthcare service provider headquartered in London, UK, recently completed a £1.5 million seed funding round and plans to use the proceeds to support research and development.
Lifted was founded by Rachael Crook and Sam Cohen and incubated within the venture capital firm Zero 1. Previously, Rachael Crook served as a consultant at the Cabinet Office and McKinsey. Zero 1 is a venture builder that partners with FTSE 100 corporations to establish and co-invest in new businesses aimed at addressing pressing global challenges.
Lifted is a healthcare service provider that delivers real-time medical information and health data on care recipients to users’ homes. Lifted has established an online care management platform that connects families, caregivers, and staff to improve the quality of care. The platform enables simultaneous scheduling of visits, verification of completed care tasks, and issuance of notifications at the start and end of care services.
According to Rachael Crook, Lifted charges £19 per hour for care services, with a default weekly rate of £950 for residential care. Customers can opt to purchase this service as an add-on, subject to a subscription fee.
Currently, Lifted is developing AI-powered analytics technologies to predict and prevent health issues, and plans to expand its business scope by integrating professional care techniques with community services.
Rachael Crook stated, “The current caregiving market is fragmented due to a lack of regulatory transparency, poor quality of care, and unfavorable working conditions for caregivers. Valuable data is gradually being lost in paper records. Lifted’s mission is to transform this landscape by harnessing the power of technology and data, thereby improving the quality of care and enhancing the lives of both caregivers and families.”
