Global Hospital Lean Operations Forum & 2nd HIA Big Data International Summit to Open in Qingdao

The “Global Hospital Lean Operations Forum and the 2nd HIA International Big Data Summit,” themed “Intelligent Transformation,” will grandly open in Qingdao, Shandong Province on October 20, 2019. This premier event will align with cutting-edge global healthcare trends, bringing together leading international healthcare experts, scholars from top Chinese universities and research institutions, hospital operations managers, and industry luminaries. The forum will continue to focus on healthcare service innovation and lean hospital management, facilitating in-depth discussions on value-based healthcare and lean operations, DRG-led lean transformation, and data-driven value-based healthcare. The theme of the main forum at this conference is “Value-Based Healthcare and Smart Operations.” As globalization accelerates, the healthcare sector is gradually breaking down barriers and integrating with the international community, making value-based healthcare an emerging direction for domestic reform. How can hospitals improve their internal management systems to achieve specialization and refinement, thereby enhancing medical quality?
