Non-invasive brain-computer interface technology solution provider
On the evening of January 17, the 2025 "Influential Zhejiang Entrepreneurs" awards, known as the "Top Ranking of Zhejiang Business Leaders," were announced. Han Bicheng, founder and CEO of BrainCo, along with nine other entrepreneurs, received this prestigious honor.
The annual "Zhejiang Businessmen of the Year" award, under the guidance of the Publicity Department of Zhejiang Provincial Committee and hosted by Zhejiang Radio and Television Group, started in 2003. It is regarded as a significant recognition in Zhejiang's economic community. Notable Zhejiang entrepreneurs such as Alibaba founder Jack Ma, Geely Holding Group Chairman Li Shufu, and Chint Group Chairman Nan Cunhui have all been recipients in the past. This year’s theme is "New Quality, New Life, Ten Thousand Horses Galloping." Over the past year, Zhejiang enterprises have displayed their unique strengths in promoting new quality productivity within the province. BrainCo has made continuous efforts in the engineering implementation and practical application advancement of non-invasive brain-computer interfaces, transforming cutting-edge research into products and solutions that can be used over the long term. This effort represents a concrete practice of implementing new quality productivity in real-world scenarios.
At the recently concluded Zhejiang Two Sessions, companies like BrainCo were mentioned in the provincial government work report for the first time. From its establishment in 2015 to now, over the span of a decade, BrainCo has achieved technological breakthroughs from 0 to 1 and is currently in the process of bringing products to market on a larger scale, moving from 1 to 100.

This kind of implementation takes place in specific life scenarios. People who have lost their arms use intelligent bionic hands to pick up paintbrushes again, strike piano keys, and even light the main torch at the opening ceremony of the Hangzhou Asian Para Games; children with autism receive brain-computer interface intervention training at rehabilitation institutions and speak their first words; people suffering from insomnia use sleep-assisting devices before bed to improve sleep quality, no longer "tossing and turning." Brain-computer interface technology is increasingly entering daily life in more common ways.

Han Bicheng, founder of BrainCo, is one of the young faces in this year's "Zhejiang Businessmen of the Year". He shares the list with several other "post-80s" and "post-90s" entrepreneurs, including Feng Luming, Chairman of Zhejiang Hailiang Co., Ltd.; Lü Gang, Chairman of Zhejiang Jingxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; Ruan Zhenhua, President of Jack Holding Group Co., Ltd.; Wu Wei, President of Zhejiang Zhongnan Holding Group Co., Ltd.; Wu Changhong, Chairman of Zhejiang Shuanghuan Driveline Co., Ltd.; Chen Zupin, Chairman of Ningxia Huazheng Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd.; Jin Jianxiang, Chairman of Zhejiang Kesheng Technology Co., Ltd.; Luo Jianjun, founder of Hangzhou Hualan Microelectronics Co., Ltd.; and Gao Xingjiang, Chairman of Yongxing Special Materials Technology Co., Ltd.

Selection CommitteeThe committee stated: "This year's list highlights Zhejiang's strong capabilities and the new future of Zhejiang merchants, boldly stepping into the spotlight."The new generation of Zhejiang businessmen are taking up the mantle, demonstrating the enduring inheritance and relay of the Zhejiang business spirit."
In their speeches, several entrepreneurs from different fields shared a similar underlying tone. Lü Gang has long adhered to high-proportion R&D investment, advancing the implementation of core products in the pharmaceutical innovation field over multiple years. Luo Jianjun, starting from the scientific research system, has continuously pushed the industrial application of solid-state storage control chips, a high-barrier technology. Jin Jianxiang has been persistently exploring cutting-edge directions like concentrated solar power and energy storage, promoting the transformation of technical capabilities into stably operating engineering systems.
These practices from different fields collectively point to a clearer consensus — truly innovative solutions with vitality are often built on long-term vision, continuous investment, and a deep response to real-world needs.
In the process of a new generation of Zhejiang merchants gradually taking center stage, what BrainCo has adhered to is a long-term path centered on technological reliability and real social value. This also provides a repeatedly verifiable model for how cutting-edge technology can form a solid connection with real society. BrainCo will continue to apply its technology in real-world contexts, rigorously testing and refining it across more complex and realistic scenarios, allowing advanced technology to integrate into daily life in a more stable and sustainable manner.
