Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners Acquires DentalOne Partners to Advance Professionalization in the Dental Industry

In this acquisition, Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to Dental One. Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP provided advisory services to Dental One in the transaction. This acquisition will increase the number of affiliated offices under Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners to more than 240, spanning 18 states, making it one of the largest Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) in the United States.
