This product was initially developed by Jiyu, a subsidiary of Jemincare.In December 2024, the global rights (excluding Greater China) for RAPT JYB1904 were acquired for a $35 million upfront payment, up to $672.5 million in milestone payments, and a certain percentage of sales royalties.
