Logibec Acquires Knowledge4You Corporation to Expand Services into Medical Education

Knowledge4You, established in 1999, is one of Canada’s largest healthcare education software companies and a provider of health sciences education solutions. Its software platform, MedSIS 3C, was jointly designed and developed by Knowledge4You in collaboration with faculty and administrators from health sciences schools, with the aim of streamlining educational management and administrative tasks.

MedSIS 3C features over 31 modules, providing users with a comprehensive, customizable cloud solution that meets the needs of health sciences institutions to manage both undergraduate and graduate programs within a single system. Currently, MedSIS 3C is used by leading Canadian hospitals and universities to manage medical and nursing education programs. It supports educational administrators at every stage of the learner lifecycle, delivering tangible benefits throughout the process. Furthermore, the product enhances compliance with institutional policies as well as government regulations.

This acquisition integrates Knowledge4You Corporation’s e-learning and medical education products into Logibec’s comprehensive suite of solutions for the clinical, financial, and administrative healthcare markets.

It is reported that Knowledge4You will operate as an independent brand within Logibec, retaining its headquarters in Markham, Ontario. The integration of Knowledge4You and its products will commence immediately, enabling customers of both companies to leverage the synergies resulting from this acquisition.
