DataRevive can represent clients in face-to-face meetings with the FDA (such as PIND meetings and pre-BLA meetings), conduct gap assessments and reviews for clients, and assist clients with IND filings and subsequent IND maintenance.
Validant’s acquisition of DataRevive is part of its international growth strategy. The combination of DataRevive and Validant will strengthen both parties’ capabilities and expand the merged group’s range of consulting services in the life sciences sector, enabling better support for customers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
As part of this acquisition, Validant will establish a new office in Washington, D.C., complementing its existing presence in San Francisco, the Research Triangle Park in North Carolina, and Cork, Ireland. Leveraging DataRevive’s extensive network of international clients, Validant will also expand its operations into key emerging markets.
