Mesa Laboratories Acquires Gyros Protein Technologies to Advance Protein-Based Drug Discovery and Development

GPT’s acquisition price is $180 million in cash consideration, subject to subsequent adjustments based on the purchase price. This acquisition by Mesa will add $37 million to $40 million in revenue within the first 12 months (approximately 55% of which is recurring revenue), and achieve double-digit organic revenue growth in the following years, excluding the impact of purchase accounting.
