Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes Acquires Bifodan A/S to Strengthen Global Leadership in Enzyme and Probiotic Solutions

Following this acquisition, Bifodan will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deerland. Scott Ravech of Deerland will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the global operations of the newly merged company. Steen Andersen, the current CEO of Bifodan, has been appointed President of Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes International for the combined entity and will be responsible for the Hundested facility and all activities outside the Americas.
