DEEP INFORMATICS++ Closes ￥100M Series B Funding Round

According to VCBeat, recently, DEEP INFORMATICS++, a provider of digital pathology solutions, has completed a Series B financing over 100 million yuan, led by CICC Fengtai Fund under the management of China Capital Investment Group ("CCIG"), with participation from Legend Capital and Jiangmen Venture Capital. Legend Capital and Jiangmen Venture Capital are existing investors from the former round. Sanjiang Capital serves as the exclusive financial consultant for the latest round. Proceeds from this round of financing will mainly be used for R&D and the implementation of DEEP INFORMATICS++'s business in digital pathology based on artificial intelligence.

Founded in January 2017, DEEP INFORMATICS++ is committed to deepening the business direction of AI + pathology. It develops multi-module AI-assisted diagnostic tools through self-developed AI algorithms. Based on this, the company has launched a number of services including cloud storage, pathological information management, remote consultation, etc., covering all aspects of the work of the pathology department, aiming to provide the industry with a complete digital AI pathology construction plan.

Up to now, DEEP INFORMATICS++ has got more than 200 million yuan in three rounds. The investors include CCIG, Legend Capital, IDG, Jiangmen Venture Capital, Jinhe Capital, Brunswick Fund, and other well-known institutions.
