Gelonghui January 22 | Janux Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, announced a collaboration and global exclusive license agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb. This collaboration will focus on developing a novel, undisclosed tumor-activated therapeutic agent. Under the agreement, Janux will complete preclinical development up to the submission of the IND application, while Bristol-Myers Squibb will hold the IND and be responsible for subsequent development and global commercialization. Janux may receive an upfront payment and near-term milestone payments of up to $50 million, with the potential for additional development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments totaling approximately $800 million.
