Recently, VCBeat learned that Laifu (Xiamen) Gene Technology has completed the acquisition of Aisai Biotechnology through a combination of cash and equity, with the total transaction amounting to tens of millions of yuan. This acquisition enables Laifu Gene to possess products and an R&D team in the field of anti-aging, further strengthening its capabilities in the broader health and wellness sector.
