VCBeat (WeChat ID: vcbeat) learned from foreign media that on December 17, 2019, NeuroFlow completed a $7.5 million Series A financing round. The round was led by Builders VC, with participation from Dreamit Ventures, Spring Point Partners, Red & Blue Ventures, and AWT Private Investments.

It is reported that since its establishment in 2017, NeuroFlow has raised $11 million in funding, having completed its seed round and venture capital financing in 2017 and 2018, respectively. This latest round of financing will be used to support the expansion of the NeuroFlow team, advance product integration and digital science development, and build an integrated behavioral health and collaborative care platform.

NeuroFlow is a HIPAA-compliant digital health company dedicated to optimizing the delivery, tracking, and assessment of behavioral health care. By leveraging workflow automation, an interactive platform, and artificial intelligence, NeuroFlow simplifies remote monitoring, provides risk stratification, and facilitates collaborative care. NeuroFlow builds a resource platform for healthcare providers to help them improve patient health outcomes. Throughout the care continuum, NeuroFlow supports remote monitoring and behavioral health integration—including in mental health, primary care, and pain management settings—thereby enhancing patient engagement.

NeuroFlow’s platform enables mental health service providers to assess and aggregate patients with mental disorders, with the ultimate goal of addressing their mental health needs. NeuroFlow’s users include psychotherapists, counselors, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and pain management specialists. By leveraging NeuroFlow’s technology, healthcare teams can effectively manage specific patient issues, assign treatment plans, and send motivational emails and feedback. Its flagship products include EngageBH, which encourages interaction between behavioral health specialists and patients, and IntegrateHealth, which helps integrate behavioral health technologies into non-mental-health settings, such as primary care institutions.
