Getinge to Acquire Applikon Biotechnology BV to Enhance Biopharmaceutical Solutions

The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2020, with a payment of approximately $89.75 million upon closing for 100% of the shares of Applikon Biotechnology BV.
