On January 26, 2026, Hangzhou Hezheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced a global partnership with a U.S. biotechnology company for the development of targeted protein degradation antibody-drug conjugates (DAC).According to its press release, this is a Chinese biopharmaceutical company inThe first overseas collaboration deal in the cutting-edge field of DAC。

According to the agreement, Hezheng will retain the rights to the DAC drug in the Greater China region and will receiveUpfront payment, milestone payments, royalties, and potential sublicensing revenue。

This collaboration also follows the beginning of 2025HarmonyFollowing the announcement of the BTK degrader collaboration with Johnson & Johnson for overseas markets, this marks the second out-licensing collaboration in the field of Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD).
