In 2019, Kangbojia achieved numerous highlights: it built an innovative product matrix; launched new products including KTHCRM (Hospital Customer Relationship Management System), KTIIP (Information Integration Platform), and KTSRM (Supplier Relationship Management Platform); successfully incubated KTCC (Clinic SaaS Service System) and completed a new round of financing; signed contracts with renowned healthcare groups such as Parkway Pantai and Jiahui Health; comprehensively upgraded its brand; and won multiple industry awards. With these substantial achievements, Kangbojia delivered an outstanding performance report in 2019.

Creating a New Product Matrix

Since its founding 15 years ago, Kangbojia has been committed to the development of medical informatization in China, accumulating rich and effective operational management experience. The company has independently developed the Hospital Information System (KTHIS), the Hospital Integrated Resource Planning System (KTHRP), and the Hospital Customer Relationship Management System (KTHCRM) to support the core operational management of healthcare institutions. In 2019, based on standardized data and interfaces, Kangbojia launched a new product, KTIIP, to achieve interconnectivity among various heterogeneous information systems within hospitals. With KTHIS, KTHRP, KTHCRM, and KTIIP as its four core products, Kangbojia addresses comprehensive challenges in healthcare institutions related to “personnel, finance, materials, and business operations.” By building a matrix of medical informatization products, the company facilitates the intelligent development of healthcare in China through visualized, scientific, standardized, and refined product logic.

New Product Development: Launch of KTHCRM, KTIIP, and KTSRM

In March 2019, New Century Healthcare Group, which had been partnering with Kangbojia for nine years, requested assistance in addressing its sales management needs. In response, the Kangbojia team initiated the development of the KTHCRM system. After two months of intensive effort, the team successfully launched functional modules including customer profiles, package products, leads, opportunities, and orders, thereby meeting New Century Healthcare Group’s requirements for managing pre-visit sales processes. As the product underwent continuous upgrades and improvements, KTHCRM gradually became capable of addressing diverse scenario-based needs for a broader client base. The addition of modules such as appointment scheduling, satisfaction surveys, complaint handling, consultations, and follow-up visits fulfilled Hangzhou Meihua Women’s and Children’s Hospital’s requirements for managing in-hospital customer service processes.

Kangbojia Information Integration Platform (KTIIP) has now passed the Level 4 Grade A evaluation for interoperability and has been implemented at Beijing Tiantan Hospital. Based on standardized data and standardized interfaces, it completes the integration and interaction of various heterogeneous information systems within the hospital, achieving interconnectivity and information sharing among internal systems. It builds clinical and operational data centers to provide early warnings and decision support for precision medicine.

KTSRM, a Supplier Relationship Management Platform Built on a Cloud-Based SaaS Model for Interconnected Procurement Operations, Has Been Launched at Jiahui Health. Focused on the Healthcare Sector, It Aims to Help Medical Institutions Improve Partner Relationships, Enhance Supply Chain Efficiency, Integrate Procurement Demands with Supply Resources, and Establish an Authentic Supply-Demand Matching and Trading Platform.

Strategic Alliance: Signing Agreements with Internationally Renowned Medical Groups Such as Parkway

In October 2019, Kangbojia signed a KTHIS system integration agreement with Parkway MediCentre (GSH Hospital). The project was officially launched in November, providing a comprehensive information system integration solution for all projects currently implemented by Parkway MediCentre in Shanghai. The Kangbojia team fully understood the hospital’s international management philosophy and provided Parkway MediCentre with specialized features such as membership management, discounts, commercial insurance processing, multi-tier pricing systems, and bilingual (Chinese-English) support, thereby meeting patient-centered service needs. As Asia’s largest premium private healthcare group, Parkway MediCentre is renowned across Asia for its high-quality medical experiences and outcomes. The strategic partnership between Kangbojia and Parkway MediCentre will deliver higher-quality, more comprehensive healthcare services to patients worldwide.

Jiahui Health, a multi-tiered integrated healthcare network comprising a 500-bed general international hospital, multiple clinics, and a health center offering health management solutions, as well as a long-term strategic partner of Massachusetts General Hospital in the United States, has ultimately selected Kangbojia as its partner. Kangbojia provides an integrated KTHRP operational management solution combining financial management and supply chain management, thereby facilitating Jiahui Health’s achievement of business-finance integration and group-level control, establishing a supplier relationship management platform, and supporting intercompany transactions for internal medical supplies subsidiaries, ultimately enhancing the quality of medical care.

Financing Completed: Successfully Incubated KTCC and Established Kangbojia Cloud (Beijing) Information Technology Co., Ltd.

After more than three years of internal incubation, Kangbojia has developed the KTCC (Clinic SaaS Service System) product and team. It has now completed a significant round of financing and independently become Kangbojia Cloud (Beijing) Information Technology Co., Ltd. Since its inception, KTCC has maintained an annual growth rate of 300% for three consecutive years. Currently, over 1,000 high-quality clinics across China have joined the platform, serving more than 2 million patients annually. KTCC has integrated third-party mobile traffic channels such as WeChat, Alipay, and Meituan, providing comprehensive closed-loop management for clinic operations, including pre-consultation communication, in-consultation services, and post-consultation follow-up. It basically achieves the goal of “meeting all IT needs in clinic operations with just one internet connection.”

Honored with Multiple Industry Awards: Garnering Unanimous Recognition from the Industry and Clients

Kangbojia has been invited to attend high-profile industry summits such as the "2nd National Medical Exchange Conference" and the "2019 Future Healthcare Top 100 Conference."
