Vibronix and ShenZhi Tech Forge Strategic Partnership to Empower Grassroots Ultrasound Imaging and Therapy

Preliminary imaging screening and simplified image-guided therapy are critical needs in primary healthcare. However, this demand conflicts with the prevailing realities in primary care institutions, where equipment is often unaffordable, images are difficult to interpret, and therapeutic procedures are challenging to perform. This discrepancy poses a significant barrier to the national implementation of tiered diagnosis and treatment systems and the rational allocation of medical resources. VibroniX and ShenZhi aim to leverage their respective strengths through collaboration, utilizing innovative technologies and solutions to substantially reduce equipment costs, enable objective image interpretation via artificial intelligence, and lower the learning curve for ultrasound-guided therapies based on advanced, cost-effective technologies.

One of VibroniX’s core business areas is empowering ultrasound imaging with advanced technologies. This encompasses the photoacoustic imaging, acoustic soft-tissue navigation, and ultrasound-based interventional navigation technologies currently included in VibroniX’s patent portfolio. At present, VibroniX’s photoacoustic margin assessment for breast-conserving surgery and its ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture navigation system are both undergoing FDA regulatory review.The collaboration between VibroniX and DeepTo Technology covers ultrasound-guided interventional navigation, low-cost 3D/4D ultrasound, and photoacoustic imaging.
