Rongsheng Health Files IPO Prospectus: Pioneering Holistic Rehabilitation with Immersive Multi-Sensory Therapy in Shenzhen

Located on the 9th floor of Tower C, China Resources Land Building, in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, is a 1,000-square-meter rehabilitation outpatient clinic. This facility is the Shenzhen Rongsheng General Specialist Outpatient Clinic, operated by Shenzhen Rongsheng Health Management Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Rongsheng Health”), and specializes primarily in rehabilitative medical services.

Outpatient services are merely one branch of Rongsheng Health. Rongsheng Health is a new-type, high-tech, asset-light enterprise primarily engaged in rehabilitation medical care and elderly care services. Its core business segments include the planning and operation of chain institutions, the training and placement of healthcare and wellness professionals, and project management consulting.

Zhang Xiangyi, the founder of Rongsheng Health, is a senior expert in orthopedics and sports medicine, with over twenty years of frontline clinical experience in orthopedics, pediatric orthopedics, trauma orthopedics, general surgery, and microsurgery. He previously participated in the establishment of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital and The University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital.

Since the founding of Rongsheng Health, Zhang Xiangyi has implemented innovative corporate management and partnership mechanisms, attracting talent from domestic and international medical technology teams, project management teams, and industry expert think tanks. The management team consists entirely of individuals with extensive industry experience in fields such as investment banking, senior accounting, and large state-owned enterprises.

With over two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Zhang Xiangyi has developed a profound understanding of rehabilitation, viewing it as a service closely aligned with the needs of modern individuals. Accordingly, he established his clinic within the China Resources Land Building, an area surrounded by office towers, targeting white-collar workers from nearby companies and their families.

Lu Mang, Director of the Board Office and General Manager’s Office, stated that young people today often suffer from neck and shoulder pain, lumbar muscle strain, and other issues due to prolonged computer use, with a significant number also experiencing sports-related injuries. Targeting mid-to-high-end clients, our clinic operates on a membership model and offers value-added family package services to members, thereby attracting some middle-aged and elderly patients as well. Additionally, given its location within an office building, Rongsheng Health provides corporate rehabilitation services, which are purchased centrally by companies for their employees.

Rongsheng Health has joined the CR Healthcare accelerator and, as a co-operator, participates in the operation of healthcare projects, leveraging diversified resource advantages. In this process, Rongsheng adopts the philosophy of the healthcare platform and collaborates with the Medical Architecture Research Institute, the Disaster Reduction and Relief Professional Committee, the Advanced Medical Research Institute, and the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Preventive Treatment of Disease to jointly provide high-quality services to clients.

From appointment scheduling to diagnosis and treatment, the clinic provides meticulously selected digital, precise, intelligent, and visualized personal and corporate services.

Lu Mang, Director of the Board and General Manager’s Office, introduced that all assessments at Rongsheng Rehabilitation Clinic are conducted by the medical team as a whole. By integrating VR technology and visualization equipment, the clinic presents diagnostic and treatment outcomes to clients and matches them with the most appropriate department and physician.

In terms of next steps, Rongsheng Specialty Outpatient Clinic is scheduled to begin trial operations in April this year and will gradually open to the public. Moving forward, Rongsheng Health will use its Nanshan flagship store as a foothold to expand into the South China region, extending its reach to major central cities.

As the big health advisory institution for China Resources (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and the joint operator of the Run Jiasu Big Health Platform, Rongsheng Health promptly collaborated with the leadership of China Resources Group to provide air disinfection services for China Resources and enterprises stationed at Run Jiasu. Rongsheng Health performed disinfection using its proprietary medical air disinfection equipment (ozone + ultraviolet), with the service complying with national technical standards and specifications for air disinfection in medical institutions.

Furthermore, Lin Yujie, Senior Nurse Manager of the Operating Room at Rongsheng Health, provided training to employees from various companies on epidemic prevention knowledge, including the correct use of protective equipment such as face masks and proper hand hygiene practices, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the National Health Commission.
