In the “Sci-Tech Innovation, Vibrant Zhangjiang” Zone,Hengrun DashengThe displayed Renji Aolun Sai Injection (brand name: Hengkailai®) has attracted widespread attention. As the first domestically produced CAR-T product approved using a stable cell line virus process, Hengkailai® relies entirely on Shanghai Hengrun Dasheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd.'s proprietary molecular design, independently constructed process quality system, and closed-loop large-scale production platform throughout its research, development, and manufacturing. This achieves full domestication of the entire CAR-T cell process from R&D to production.


In 2025, Renjiolencel Injection was included in the “Shanghai Biopharmaceutical ‘New and Excellent Drugs and Medical Devices’ Product Catalog” (7th Batch) and the “Pudong New Area Innovative Drugs and Medical Devices Product Recommendation Catalog” (3rd Batch of 2025); in April 2026, it was incorporated into the 2026 Edition of the CSCO Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lymphoma, receiving a Level II recommendation for relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (R/R DLBCL).In May 2026, CAR-T therapies were included in the formularies of multiple city-specific supplemental health insurance programs, including Shanghai’s Hu Hui Bao, Wuhan’s Fu Han Kang, and Nanning’s Hui Yong Bao.

In addition to its Parkinson’s disease pipeline, UniXell has also achieved a major breakthrough in the field of refractory epilepsy. Its independently developed UX-GIP001 injection, the world’s first universal cell therapy derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), has successfully obtained clinical trial approvals in both China and the United States, with multicenter clinical trials now officially launched in China. This product addresses the core pathology of epilepsy—“deficiency of inhibitory GABAergic interneurons in the brain”—by directing iPSCs to differentiate into inhibitory neural progenitor cells with specific functional characteristics.


UniXell stated that the company is continuously expanding the application scenarios of cell therapy, while simultaneously laying out indications for multiple neurological diseases, including Alzheimer's disease and stroke.

Medical Devices: Global Debut, Domestic Substitution

In the field of medical devices,Xuanyu MedicalShowcasing a range of innovative products at this year’s Shanghai International Technology Fair,Including the SHINERHYTHM® Cardiac Pulsed Field Ablation System and the RHYTHPULSE® Disposable Cardiac Pulsed Field Ablation Catheter. Notably,Not long ago, XuanYu Medical’s “Adjustable-Curve Pulmonary Artery Embolectomy Stent System” received market approval. This marks the 10th Class III innovative medical device from Zhangjiang Pharma Valley to be approved this year.

NeuracleIt showcased its self-developed invasive brain-computer interface (BCI) system for compensating hand motor function, NEO. As the world’s first approved and marketed invasive BCI product, it assists patients with spinal cord injury in restoring hand grasping function.


In March 2026, NEO received NMPA approval for market launch, becoming the world’s first approved invasive brain-computer interface medical device.

Aoyi TechnologyThe exhibition area also attracted significant attention. The company has deeply cultivated the fields of EEG and EMG signal acquisition, AI-based decoding of motor intent algorithms, and the development of multi-degree-of-freedom bionic robots. It has established four comprehensive technological systems: brain-computer interfaces, electromyographic sensing, rehabilitation robotics, and bionic dexterous hands. All proprietary technologies, including specialized neural interface chips, core algorithms, and terminal hardware, are fully independently controlled.


At the thematic forum held concurrently with the China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair, the Vice President of Oyi Technology systematically elaborated on the company’s development strategy to evolve from non-invasive technologies toward a brain-computer interface platform, continuously expanding the boundaries of human-computer interaction.

SiYi IntelligenceAlso unveiled at this CIIE is a core cutting-edge technology: a 32-channel brain-computer interface (BCI) robotic system for hand function rehabilitation. Leveraging high-precision 32-channel EEG acquisition technology, the device accurately captures users’ motor intentions, enabling intention-controlled hand movement and active rehabilitation. Through closed-loop BCI training, it helps patients with hand functional impairments due to stroke or traumatic brain injury to rewire neural pathways and regain voluntary hand mobility more rapidly.

Jingwei LikangThis marks the company’s debut at the conference. “We globally launched the ‘Immune-Organoid Fully Closed-Loop Intelligent Drug Screening Super Workstation’ for the first time at the exhibition,” said Sun Yazhu, General Manager of Jingwei Likang. Leveraging its premiere at the Shanghai International Technology Fair, Jingwei Likang showcased five breakthrough technologies. These advancements include the establishment of standardized SOPs for tumor-immune co-culture systems, achieving over 85% uniformity in organoids, enabling more than 90% labor substitution through fully automated workstations, and the inaugural release of an AI-driven dual-cell intelligent recognition and interaction analysis algorithm.


This means that Jingwei Likang not only addresses the shortcomings of the domestic industry, but also achieves full-chain autonomous and controllable domestic substitution through complex organoid models + intelligent hardware + AI algorithms, resolving the industry's critical bottlenecks in one stroke.
