Fourier Intelligence Acquires RuiheKang Medical to Accelerate Smart Rehabilitation Ecosystem Development

On June 1, the signing ceremony for Shanghai Fourier Intelligence Co., Ltd.’s acquisition of Ruihekang Medical, along with the inauguration of its new premises, was held at the company’s new headquarters office in the Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai.This acquisition will serve as a key “lever” for Fourier Intelligence to advance the construction of its Smart Rehabilitation Hub. By combining strengths, this strategic partnership will enable mutual empowerment of products and services, further accelerating the nationwide implementation of the three-tier rehabilitation network and driving the sustained development of the rehabilitation medical industry.

Zhang Hongfei, General Manager of Zhangjiang Enterprise Incubator, shared the “serendipitous connection” with Fourier in his address.
