The partnership between Fourier Intelligence and Ruihekang Medical represents a complementary alignment of advantageous resources and a strong alliance between two industry leaders. As an upstream equipment provider in the rehabilitation industry chain, Fourier has established a diverse product portfolio, including intelligent rehabilitation series such as upper- and lower-limb robotic systems and single-joint robots, earning a solid reputation within the industry. Its rehabilitation robots have been deployed in over 1,000 institutions across more than 20 countries worldwide. Fourier is also the first rehabilitation robotics company in China to obtain full regulatory approvals from major authorities, including China’s NMPA (formerly CFDA), the US FDA, the EU CE, Australia’s TGA, and Singapore’s HSA. With outstanding R&D capabilities, Fourier has established joint laboratories with renowned institutions such as the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab (formerly Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago), the University of Melbourne, and ETH Zurich. While launching its independently developed technological products, the company continuously introduces advanced foreign technologies into China’s intelligent rehabilitation sector, thereby enriching the development of the rehabilitation ecosystem.
Since the launch of the Smart Rehabilitation Port in late 2019, Fourier Intelligence has gradually transitioned from its role as a manufacturer of smart rehabilitation equipment to a provider of comprehensive solutions for rehabilitation institutions. By integrating data across equipment, users, and institutions to achieve seamless interoperability, Fourier Intelligence helps institutions realize the intelligentization of rehabilitation equipment and the standardization of rehabilitation services. This strategic layout has been implemented in select hospitals after more than a year of development.
