Chen Jian currently serves as a Director, Vice President, and Board Secretary of Yuwell Medical (SZ002223). He concurrently holds the position of Chairman at Shanghai Medical Instrument (Group) Co., Ltd. and serves as a Director of Wandong Medical (SH600055). His previous professional experience includes roles at the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Xiehe Pharmaceutical, and Yangshengtang Co., Ltd. Since joining Yuwell Medical in 2004, Mr. Chen spearheaded the company’s initial public offering (IPO), making Yuwell the first medical device company to list on China’s A-share market via an IPO.
